A.        Yes, its all just part of the service.

Q.        How long does it take to have my website built?

A.        Typically once all information is provided it will take 10 working days to build your website.

Q.        Can I alter my website during the build phase?

A.        No, you can however make alterations during the final check stage before training and handover is undertaken.

Q.        How easy to use is the content management system?

A.        If you are comfortable writing email and sending photos in emails then you won’t have any trouble updating your website, it is easy.

Q.        Who should be responsible for the website within our business or club?

A.        Ideally you want one to two people responsible for the maintenance of the site, this way there is no cross ups over who is doing what.

Q.        Can we buy more training, if we feel we need it?

A.        Certainly, you can purchase training in 30minute blocks.

Q.        Do you offer a full management service of our website once it’s built?

A.        Yes we can manage your website for you, price is on application.

Q.        What are your Payment Terms?

A.        We require a 50% deposit and the other 50% upon final handover before training?
